18th – 22nd February 2020 – Neighbourhood Watch by Alan Ayckbourn (Comedy)

Brother and sister Martin and Hilda Massie have recently moved to the Bluebell Hill Development, hoping to continue their quiet lives in new idyllic surroundings. Just as they are preparing for a housewarming gathering, their peace is shattered by a young trespasser in their garden. The Massies’ neighbours join Martin in forming a group to safeguard against further incidents. But, after an act of vandalism, matters swiftly escalate, complicated by a burgeoning romance and disputes about how best to protect the neighbourhood from further disruption. What starts as a well-intentioned scheme for a safer community soon leads to violence and acrimony.
