Bill Phil Smith

Phil has been a member of the little theatre for over 10 years and has appeared in over 20 plays within this time. He has played a variety of different characters - and has also directed several plays at Skipton, generally farces, but likes a good murder mystery. Phil is also a member of Sutton Amateurs and regularly appears in their productions.


Girl Sarah French

This is Sarah's second appearance on the Little theatre stage, her first was in 2009 when she played Ela Delahay in Charley's Aunt, in addition she has worked backstage on lights and sound. Sarah has also performed in several productions with Sutton Amateurs in musicals, pantomimes and plays.


Tom Darren Lorriman

Darren has performed in musicals and pantos with Keighley Amateurs, but more recently with Sutton. This includes playing the lead role of Joe/Josephine/Junior in Sugar, the musical version of 'Some Like It Hot', with Phil Smith as Jerry/Daphne. This is Darren's second appearance at Skipton.


Rachael Caroline Paley

'Perfect Wedding' will be Caroline's 7th production with Skipton Little Theatre. She first appeared in December 2001 when she played Shirley Springer in 'Pardon Me Prime Minister'. Her most recent role was in 'Caught in the Net' in 2010.


Julie Kate Beresford

Kate first started working with Skipton Little Theatre in 2011, helping with the lights and sound for the play Corpse. This will be her first time acting in a play outside of her Drama GCSE, where she performed in a pantomime and adaptations of Blood Brothers and Blue Remembered Hills.


Daphne Doreen Smith
Doreen has performed with Sutton Amateurs for over 50 years taken lead roles in many productions including The Merry Widow, Rio Rita, The Vagabond King and The White Horse Inn to name just a few. She has produced numerous pantomimes and musicals for Sutton, and has appeared in a couple of their September Plays. She played Yvonne the dancing instructor in the play 'Hi De Hi' and the part of Madam Edith in 'Allo 'Allo. This will be her first appearance at Skipton Little Theatre.
